Our Story
We are investors first and over the past decade, we’ve acquired and repositioned more than 350 units, often alongside a small group of early investors who have since realized substantial returns. As our platform grew, the quality and volume of deal flow grew with it, bringing us exceptional, once-in-a-generation opportunities that often required more capital and more aggressive bidding than our internal structure allowed.
Seeing how consistently our strategy created value, we knew it was time to scale with the right partners. Rather than let great opportunities slip by, we launched Longview Ventures as a dedicated vehicle for investors who value disciplined underwriting, operational expertise, and the ability to move decisively when outstanding deals surface.
What began as a handful of partners investing alongside us has evolved into a platform where aligned capital and seasoned execution come together, giving sophisticated investors access to the same high-conviction opportunities we pursue with our own balance sheet.

Michael Hajjar

Michael Hajjar is an experienced real estate investor with over a decade of hands-on success sourcing deals, raising capital, and adding value to income-producing properties across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Since starting his real estate journey in 2014, he has traded more than 350 units and now holds majority ownership in over $17 million of assets. Michael graduated from Bryant University with a B.S. in Finance.

Jason Rizk
Jason Rizk serves as the Managing Partner of Longview Properties, overseeing operations across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Since joining the company, he has implemented systems and processes that made the organization more efficient, transparent, and cost-effective, creating the operational foundation that allows Longview Ventures to thrive. Jason holds a B.S. in Finance and Global Business from the University of Evansville.
